This extensive historic restoration project consisted of complete modernization of a 3-story fraternity house orginally built in 1923 into a 16 unit, 48 person occupancy residence. The fraternity property also had additional expansion in 1956 with numerous renovations occuring throughout the years. The modernization of this project included new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire-suppression and life-safety systems. Residential units also featured state-of-the-art security and life-safety systems.
